Zoomlion helps Indonesia build the world largest copper smelter

Recently, Freeport Indonesia smelter, the world's largest copper smelter, was officially put into construction. It is a world-class precious metal smelter invested by Indonesia in idr42 trillion (US $3 billion). The project covers an area of 100 hectares and has a design capacity of 1.7 million tons of concentrate per year. President Joko of Indonesia Vidol attended the foundation laying ceremony of the smelter and visited the whole construction site. For such a huge and important national project, whether the construction equipment is strong and reliable will greatly affect the construction quality and efficiency of the project. At present, there are 30 Zoomlion cranes in the project, including 23 zcc550h, 2 zcc1300, 3 zcc850h and 2 zcc800h. All pile hammers are installed. The construction of foundation piling is under way and will be put into the construction of the whole copper smelter plant in the later stage.
